### 24-48 Hours Before

**Intention:**

[ ] Memorize it — it's the North Star
[ ] Read aloud before sleep the night before

**Body:**
[ ] Light meals only (no heavy food, minimal animal protein)
[ ] No cannabis starting now (THC in system dampens psilocybin effects)
[ ] No alcohol
[ ] Walk 30+ minutes daily leading up

**Environment:**
[ ] Room cleaned and prepared
[ ] Temperature set (slightly warm — you may shake/tremble)
[ ] Comfortable seating/lounging area
[ ] Water bottle within reach
[ ] Tissues ready
[ ] Eye mask (critical — blocks visual distraction)
[ ] Headphones charged, playlist ready (instrumental, 6-8 hours)

**Capture Tools:**
[ ] Journal + pen in position
[ ] Voice recorder or phone (airplane mode) ready for post-session capture
[ ] Intention written on paper visible during setup

### Morning Of

[ ] Read intention aloud
[ ] Walk 30 min minimum (no headphones — process the anticipation)
[ ] Light breakfast (fruit, herbal tea — nothing heavy)
[ ] Final bathroom visit
[ ] Phone on airplane mode

**Dose:**
[ ] Dose weighed and verified (5-7g GT or B+ recommended)
[ ] Prepared as tea or lemon tek (faster onset, easier on stomach)
[ ] Set up room: dim lighting, comfortable temperature, everything within reach

**During:**
[ ] Eye mask on
[ ] Playlist start
[ ] Dose ingested
[ ] Lie down
[ ] Surrender — don't try to direct the experience
[ ] If difficult: breathe. Trust the medicine. Lean in, don't run.

**Immediately After (First 24 Hours):**
